Hello to all travelers coming to Taiwan!
This is Oracle.
Today, I met up with my graduate school friend for dinner.
We visited a restaurant that my friend frequently goes to.
The restaurant’s name is quite interesting—GOAT.

The first dish of the night was truffle fries. The crispy, salty fries paired with the tangy sauce were absolutely delicious.

The second dish was a cheese and vegetable pizza. It had a light flavor, with a strong tomato sauce taste that I really enjoyed. It was also bigger than I expected, which was satisfying.

Lastly, we had a bacon chicken salad. It came with a sesame-based dressing, which complemented the dish perfectly.

Wenshan District in Taipei is a residential area a bit farther from the city center. Finding a restaurant like this here wasn’t easy, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was.
Since it’s not too far from my home, I’ll likely visit again in the future.
